What is the portal?

The access to submit service requests for remote support for one our services.

Who can access it?

Access is granted to paying NC Essentials | Sidedude I.T. customers. Requests with no prepayment or deposit where applicable will not be honored and fulfilled.

How can I access the portal?

Through a creation of a user account, you may access the portal and your requests in the form of a ticket. Without an account with a valid email address and phone contact, one is not guaranteed support.

When will the portal be launched?

Beta testing is happening right now for beta users. Become a beta users, request access here.

How long does it take to get a response?

The first response is automatically sent immediately after submission and successful communication with servers. The next response is to schedule remote session or provide the resolution. In some cases, the communication is a quote for future project management or buyer services.
